We dream of seeing the sport of cycling transformed.

Athletes in Action is passionate about the sport of cycling and we care deeply about the athletes who compete in it. We are dedicated to encouraging and equipping athletes in their search for significance, identity, and success.

We believe whole-heartedly in supporting athletes in both their athletic and spiritual journeys. We are confident that an athlete's spiritual journey will create a foundation they can stand on; a foundation that is both substantial and deep. Our hope is that they would forge their identities on the true self and that it would build character in their daily life. In many cases their grounded state of being can go hand-in-hand with athletic success as well.

Our staff work tirelessly to serve all the riders of the professional peloton, men and women, regardless of religious conviction, and do everything in our power to support team directors and staff.

What Athletes Say:

Vivamus pellentesque vitae neque at vestibulum. Donec efficitur mollis dui vel pharetra.
— Alison Jackson, Pro-Cyclist for EF Education-TIBCO-SVB
For the first few years of my career, it seemed like I had to choose between chasing my dream and going to church. Whether for geographic or scheduling conflicts, cycling isn’t conducive to a Christian community, but AIA bridges that gap and teaches us how to live a Godly life and compete in a way that glorifies Him.
— Chad Haga, Pro Gravel Privateer and former WT Road Racer
AIA has been instrumental in my walk with God over the last 8 years of my cycling career. They have challenged me in my faith, encouraged me in my mission, and built a community in which I may connect with other believers and grow closer to God. Their support and guidance keep me centered and help me be effective in fulfilling my purpose as a pro cyclist.
— Jesse Anthony, Former Pro Continental road racer and USAC Cyclocross Director
There’s a certain level of chaos that comes standard in any cyclist’s life. A hectic travel schedule, being on your toes for a constantly changing calendar, heading off to “work” with the lingering threat of injury. God can be the settling force to quiet that uncertainty, but when being Christian in cycling feels isolating, AIA breaks through as the helpful crutch we need.
— Ted King, Pro Gravel Racer, Former WT Pro
AIA is more than just a community to me; it is a family that allows me to grow in my faith while also supporting my athletic ventures. AIA shows me that there are people around me who truly love and care for me as a person and not just as a bike racer. Being able to share my faith while traveling and competing has been a huge step in my walk with Christ.
— Michael Hernandez, Pro Road and Criterium Racer
